Wednesday 1st June - School Disco, Whangaparaoa Golf Club, 6.00pm - 7.30pm  Tickets available on the door $5.00 each - entry includes a glow stick.  Children must be collected from the club by a parent/guardian

Friday 3rd June - Teacher only day - There is no school for children on this day

Board elections - Reminder the voting papers must be handed in or posted by mid day Friday 3 June 2016

Week of 17 May 2016

BOT Nominations for Parent Election must be in by this Friday 20th May, 12.00 Noon.  If you are planning on coming to our BOT dinner this Thursday 19th May 6.00pm in the Staffroom, please let the office know by 3.00pm today.

Thursday 19th May - Class photos will be taken, please make sure you have handed in your prepaid envelopes to the office by Wednesday 18th May.

Friday 20th May - Make a Wish Mufti Day.  Dress up as 'What you Wish to Be' and help make wishes come true!  Gold coin donation please.  All donations go to help Make-A-Wish Foundation grant the one true wish of children with life threatening medical conditions between the ages of 3 & 17.

Friday 3rd June - Teacher Only Day - School will be closed.

Parent Helpers for our 2016 Gala - last week we sent home a notice asking you to please consider putting your name forward to help in some way with our up and coming Gala.  Without parent support we will not be able to hold what has become a GHS event to remember.  Join other parents creating an exciting day for our children, families and wider community.  Please send your completed forms to the school office.

Week of 10 May 2016

Tuesday 10th & Thursday 12th May - Parent Teacher Interviews. Please ensure you are on time to allow the interviews to flow for everybody.  Interviews time are for 10 minutes only.

Thursday 19th May - Photolife Class Photos.  Please make sure students are dressed in the correct Gulf Harbour School uniform, not our sports uniform.

Soccer Skills payment $8.00 - please make sure you have paid for this, students will be partaking during school time for all of Term 2. Payment can be made through the School Shop:https://shop.tgcl.co.nz/shop/login

Classes who are partaking are as follows: 6, 11, 12, 14, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24.

Board of Trustees Parent Election - by now you would have received in the post a Parent Representative Election Nomination form.  Please consider standing for our Board of Trustees, we need 5 parent representatives.  Nominations must be in by 12 noon Friday 20th May.
